I had a really good one for Tip 2 but I can't remember it I guess that is what I get for not posting it any sooner.
Tip 2Family photos. I love walking into someones home and seeing all the family photos. I think this is a great touch to a home. Because family is everything right!
When I was taking Interior Design classes at SLCC the instructor said that she hates the overwhelm of family photos, but the more and more I see how creative photographers are getting with pictures it is great. They are art in and of themselves. I love the creativity of family photos and love the fun that you can show with you family photos. Not only posed family photos but snap shots sometimes those are the best family photos out there.
Make them big, small, round, square, make them in varieties have fun displaying your family!

Totally agree with you on that one, I love walking into someones home and seeing family pictures. Family is the most important.
